Almost every post to meme communities they moderate…
That’s “quality content” for you?
Or do you think them cranking out ~30 posts and ~20 comments a day, every day, is a bit spammy?
If you think it’s all that high quality (they do seem to all be lengthy) that’s almost nonstop dedication from that account to continuously post to Lemmy.
But most people don’t just think “more and longer means better comment”.
This is good content for this community. If it was based on upvotes, all we’d see are low effort jokes

But most people don’t just think “more and longer means better comment”.
And nearly every meme in historymemes comes with additional historical context explaining the joke. You’re dismissing a lot of effort.
