Thank you so much! There’s a subtle mischievousness to the original photo’s expression that I haven’t captured here – but I’m happy with it.
I like how you did the hair, it has character and nice contrast between the rest of the shading style.
Thanks! The hair was interesting because there’s very little tonal difference between the hair and the hat given the quality of the photo. So a lot of it is guesswork. But I think it came out okay.
