Looks like it’s from episode 200, where they’re imagining varying scenarios for Martin’s script, and Teal’c offers his version of ‘Shaft’.
Episode 200 is most certainly not a non-essential episode
It’s an extremely unnecessary episode and I’ll die on that hill happily. I found it cringe even when I was a kid, let alone now.
