No political class whore will ever confess to their corruption or crimes. Putin still claims he’s fighting nazis. Even the US fascist regime still continuously claim they’re fighting for freedom and democracy. Charlatans will gaslight until their last breathe, as they have no shame, nor integrity.
It means they’re preparing for expedited show trials for any plebs who protest foreign wars, or the war against the working class.
It doesn’t mean they’ll use the mechanism, but they want the option to.
It means they think it’s about to get a whole lot worse, and if it does, they won’t bother to pretend whose side they’re really on.
