    TOKYO – Many public toilets at Haneda Airport’s Terminal 2 were unable to flush water on the morning of Nov. 28.

    According to the managing company Japan Airport Terminal Co., almost 70% of the toilets at 144 locations were affected with the company’s disaster prevention center reporting the situation around 5 a.m. A similar problem occurred about five years ago due to an equipment malfunction.

    The company is currently working to restore operations and investigate the cause.
