Also, if this is anything like the rest of 2025? We are all going to be having panic attacks over this being the moment that is used to justify nation wide martial law (not that they need justification…). I am from a fishing village in Alaska. It’s the coast guard that saves people from sinking ships. Pretty fucking useful. Plus the national guard does a lot of disaster relief.
