I have been pondering these ideas. I am not saying they are right, I just want other’s thoughts on them. I am not against psychedelics, so wondering how they could be used since they were a big part of the CIA’s MKULTRA program.
There is an idea that the CIA helped the Nicaraguan Contras ship cocaine to start the crack epidemic to take weaken black resistance like the Black power movement.
There is another idea that psychedelics was used to pacify college students instead of having radical anti-war activists that they would create Hippies.
When magic mushrooms were legal in the UK and you could just walk into a shop and buy them, I took them regularly and they improved my mental health and my life immensely. But then they were banned and I found them really difficult to get hold off after that. Tried ordering from Amsterdam and growing them myself, nothing worked out. I think my life would have turned out a lot better if I’d still been able to use them these past 20 years.
