US media/TV is obsessed with censoring any sort of nudity but allows for almost unlimited* gore and violence, incl. gun violence, with no age restriction I know of.

This has changed somewhat because paid-for streaming providers are technically for adults I guess, but even so the trend is still there. Hipocrisy.
