She’s right, but unfortunately, the industry has already bought enough of her fellow congresspeople that there will be a bailout.
And once again, just as with the real estate bubble, after reaping all of the profits, the wealthy few will offload the losses onto us, so once again we’ll be the ones suffering, while the people who created the crisis will be out buying more mansions and bigger yachts with the money they stole from us.

I would say yes and no.
If she wasn’t sabotaged by the DNC or assassinated by the oligarchy, and if we had a free and legitimate election, she would absolutely win.
But the certainty of the latter makes one of the former (or something else in that vein) extremely likely.
If she was allowed to run a fully DNC-supported campagin in a free and legitimate election, I don’t think there’s anyone who could beat her.
But the moneyed class has gained too much through Trump’s malfeasance and corruption, and will gain that much more by 2028, and they’re not going to let that go without a fight. There’s no way they’ll abide the election of somebody the least bit progressive, and I don’t think there’s anything they won’t do to stop it.
So… yes she’d win, but no, she likely wouldn’t be allowed to win.
Why does she need support of the DNC? Wouuldn’t support of the people be enough?
If support of the people was enough, Bernie Sanders would’ve run against Trump in 2016, and would’ve won, and we wouldn’t be where we are now.
The DNC controls billions of dollars and has a network of powerful connections. They can and will use that against a candidate they don’t want, just as they did to Sanders in 2016 and again in 2020.
And they will do against AOC in 2028 (if there will be an election). Are there even any alternatives to AOC?

Avoiding a bailout is going to be difficult, mostly because the incestuous money-cyclone of the AI industry is the only thing propping up the GDP.
The Stargate burned through 8 billion a year, but at least it protected the world from aliens. This Stargate is just going to cost the world another financial crash. Hopefully it kills a few of these companies when it does. Microsoft, Google, Amazon, OpenAI, Perplexity, … the world would be better off without them.
But there’s no way the US government will let any of its shining beacons of capitalism fail.
Uhh we should not be considering a bailout for AI companies under any circumstances. Seriously wtf is wrong with people that think that’s available in anyway.
