Maybe this stroke will make him progressive again
I think when you lose higher brain functions you become more animalistic more afraid so probably not possible… I’ve seen folks anecdotally get injured and become more conservative politically but never more progressive unless it was because of an overdose on mushrooms or something lol but that’s anecdotal
