U.S. Sen. John Fetterman had what his office says was a “ventricular fibrillation flare-up” that caused him to feel light-headed and fall during an early morning walk.

    He should just quit. Just said the other day that he regrets not dropping out of the race after the stroke.

    He had a heart attack, in other words. Unlike A-fib, V-fib isn’t an ongoing condition you can manage that has “flare-ups”, it’s an acute symptom of conditions like various heart diseases or brain damage.
