It was awful at the time for sure (and sucks when my meds don’t get filled when they need to be) but after having gone through it I can honestly say it was worth the effort
After getting the tools and strategies from my doc for how to manage what I’ve got (and research into the matters myself once I had the names for what I struggle with) life no longer feels like I’m playing on legendary difficulty all the time. It still feels like I’m playing on a higher difficulty setting, but at least I have a sword and shield to face my battles with instead of a tooth pick and some go getter attitude.
