I don’t know what their secret is. Edit: I do know that there are some that just produce flowers, and no fruit. Maybe you had that type?

Had these every in Florida, never saw them turn into a fruit.
My neighbors in San Diego have the vines all over their fence and they produce tons of fruit. I don’t know what their secret is.
