the default position is being scared of the unknown, but most conservatives can only handle the emotion of anger so the fear gets expressed that way
i honestly find that pretty sad. so many people could be so much better if only they were taught to learn about new things instead of being scared and avoiding new things as much as possible
And they can’t be mad when a FTM marries a MTF, because it’s hetero with extra steps.
It’s not like they need reasons to be mad, it’s more of a default position.
