Kinda silly. What’s the point of having this data listed on your passport if it doesn’t describe the person physically?
People checking passports aren’t going to check for penis/vagina to verify the persons sex. So it would be more meaningful to have their gender listed.

Why do we even list gender or sex at all? How is it in any way applicable to the person checking the passport?
