I wonder what is the ratio of wet vs dry brushers.
The same sink I piss in? No thanks
I wouldn’t brush my teeth in the same shower I shit in either.
In the sink like a sane person. How is brushing teeth in the shower saving you time?
Brush teeth during the pre-rinse cycle
Yeah while I’m setting my hair and while I’m washing the shampoo out of my hair
Seems dangerous to open your mouth while rinsing shampoo. I too like to live life on the edge.
How long is your pre-rinse? Are you covered in thick wool or something? Are you naturally water-repellant?
Baaaaaaa
Y’all weird. I brush my teeth in my mouth.
You guys only brush you teeth under the shower?!
I think my dentist would get very mad at me if I only brushed my teeth during holidays.I brush in the shower in the morning and I’m the sink before bed
It’s weird that you turn into a sink before bed
On the sink. Brushing in the shower sounds like one of those productivity hacks people who think efficiency is important do.
Spouse does it, but they go goblin mode. Paste foam everywhere. I guess they find it fun.
Keeps all the white toothpaste flecks off the mirror.
You can umm… You can also clean it.
Keep your mouth closed…
Why on earth would you brush your teeth in the shower??
Neither. I brush them whilst standing next to the sink.
Why would I brush them in the shower? It’s so much wasted water and you don’t even save time wtf
I typically turn the water off if I’m brushing in the shower. Hop in, shampoo, rinse, apply conditioner, turn off water, brush teeth, scrub body, turn water on, rinse, done. Makes use of otherwise dead time I’d spend waiting for the conditioner to work, and is comfortable enough with the residual heat from the walls and steam.
Ok that makes sense. Since I don’t use conditioner I don’t have any wait time in the shower.
I do the same thing as @[email protected] - except I wait for shampoo to work. I read that shampoo takes 4-6 minutes to work. I then confirmed this with 2 dermatologists. This is especially important if someone is using anti-dandruff shampoo.
Shower. I do it while the conditioner is “working”.
Didn’t realize the former is an option. Now I wanna try. This is like that time I realized I could just piss in the sink.
Or shit in the sink. There’s even a subreddit for that.
🤮
Why would you piss in a sink?
It’s a better height than the toilet.

Save the planet
Shower in the morning.
Pros:
- if you are in a rush you can save time by scrubbing yourself and brushing simultaneously
- any spills are washed away immediately, leaves the sink clean of toothpaste splatter
- you get to stand under the nice warm water for a few extra minutes instead of standing in front of the sink, staring at your tired self in the mirror while doing your brushing regimen
Cons:
- apparently women don’t really care for the concept so be aware of that lol
Same! My current partner doesn’t mind and I actually convinced a previous partner to adopt it so there are at least two ladies out there who are neutral-to-positive about it.
I used to brush in the shower back in my early 20s. Then one time when I went to spit, it landed right on my dick.
Toothpaste is an unexpectedly uncomfortable feeling, so now it’s sink only.
Minty fresh though …
I got a beesting right on my penis once, and the only thing that helped was a compress of baking-soda based toothpaste. It does, indeed, feel weird and uncomfortable, but it beats the hell out of an itchy, painful beesting.
No, god no. I have plenty to do in the shower and not enough hot water.
Not to mention, where the hell do you put your toothbrush and stuff while you’re lathering up with soap? I don’t wanna get soap on my toothbrush.
… who tf brushes their teeth in the shower
If I get out of the shower, I’m likely to forget. But if cleaning my teeth is a part of my cleaning me routine…
People trying to wrap this shit up as fast as possible.
There are dozens of us!
