Ending the complicity of the U.S. government in the genocide and ongoing Israeli oppression of Palestinians. As Adalah Justice Project reminds us in their statement, “This moment proves what we have known all along: that the United States can force Israel’s hand to stop its campaign of annihilation whenever it chooses.” Decades and hundreds of billions of taxpayers dollars from the U.S. have funded and armed Israel oppression of Palestinians. Until a full weapons embargo is in place, Israel will have carte blanche to continue its status quo of Palestinian subjugation and regional wars of aggression.
