Wouldn’t be the worse for placements as part of a uni course tbh as those are hard to find. But it shouldn’t be by a lot. Ideally you could have a system where the wage is decided later or a tax break or something so they will pay 20% less and you’d still get the same money, but honestly this is farage so it’s probably nothing decent at all
