I live here in the US; xvto live near anything innovative or interesting costs a pretty penny to your local parasite landlord, similar people charge small businesses even more than us individuals; as such all of us are paying more to live in a walkable place with basic amenities like hospitals, education, etc

I commend your bravery in disagreeing with the narrative, but unfortunately most of my people are stuck living on credit while price increments with out NCt stop
