Pharmaceutical intervention and/or complete physical exhaustion are all that have ever really worked for me.
My trick is that drugs are the only thing that works. Even complete exhaustion let’s me ponder that for a few hours before sleep 🙃

it’s always public spaces. being among people gives me all kinds of weird thoughts. it’s not just public spaces either, it’s anywhere where there’s lots of people, including school, work, friends meetup.
