bare minimum would have been not actively keeping the rapist from prosecution and keeping the dems from having a proper primary and basically screwing up so badly you basically handed the election to a convicted rapist. Failed on his promises and did fuck all for the people that put him in office. He is not the rapist for sure, but biden’s incompetence is certainly on par with the rapsist’s malice
