The quotes imply that it’s a nickname. They call it that because they know the ballroom and much of Trump’s actions are just another distraction to keep us from talking about releasing the Epstein files, and actually going after the people named.

The United Earth Government was an authoritarian, inclusive, and militaristic government. They acted as a mercantile empire with their colonies. Still, as authoritarian as the UEG is, as shady as it’s intelligence agency (ONI) is, what the Republicans have turned into is far worse.
The UEG would not encourage killing migrants and refugees. The Republicans are.
Where Republicans seek to institute a form of ethnostate theocracy, the UEG has freedom of religion and couldn’t care less about the color of your skin or which region you come from.
How long until they remove “The New Colossus” from the base of the Statue of Liberty (or remove the statue entirely)?
