Ive told the story before, but I basically dropped one off a 3rd story balcony onto concrete. It exploded apart into the canonical 3 pieces, but as soon as i got down there and collected them, they all clicked back together and kept working. Used the phone for years after that, no issue.
Mine was lost in a pile of frozen snow from Christmas break until defrosting, roughly April, when it was found in a puddle. Dried, charged and worked several years more.
