It’s great how in either scenario he maintains control of the robot army, but in one he’s menacingly uncomfortable.
It is much easier to build this robot army if Tesla doesn’t give away 1 trillion dollars and uses that money to invest in the actual robots. Hoarding money doesn’t help anyone expect the person hoarding it. Musk is already a billionaire and is doing nothing for Tesla with his current wealth.
He wants to do it with someone else’s wealth
