I don’t recall his growth with Alexander in TNG much (yes need a rematch and he probably has more growth in other episodes) but he did seem to be a better citizen in DS9, probably better writers but I always enjoyed Worf regardless. He always seemed like he was trying to better himself for his society as stubborn as he preferred to seem.

Though I will say it takes a warrior to enjoy prune juice in their glory days. Well not really but I like to think so for some of my days
