I’m not sure he could be called a passable human let alone president outside of position, like something moulded together from every worst trait possible of the human species made into a blobulous form with sentience (sort of), hate and greed. Like it you saw a similar animal you’d have no inclination to ensure it survived longer than it’s natural life.
