    Thankyou it has a beautiful flavour! Of course we made that mistake that all breadmaker noobs make: you’ve got to wait until it’s cooled down a lot before you cut it because the crumb is still forming. But it was so fragrant, so enticing… we couldn’t wait even though we knew we should. We waited as long as we could but then I cracked and cut the bread before it had fully cooled. It was still delicious so we didn’t care at all!
