Except Toby Mcguire, he portrayed Peter as this meek nerd when he actually wasn’t. Sam raimi, in my opinion, interpreted Peter that way for some reason. Peter wasn’t meek, he was a smart ass THATS why Brock was his bully. Peter had a big mouth and had a tendency to make anyone look stupid.

I specifically meant JK Simmons was perfectly cast for J Jonah Jameson.
And I’m not going to blame Toby McGuire for his interpretation of Spiderman anymore than I’ll blame Adam West for goofy camp 60’s Batman.
For all the flak he gets, I feel like Andrew Garlfied has the best portrayal of Peter Parker.
He also hates Mondays.
