      am*ricans are fucking cooked

      1. no investigation, no right to speak
      2. that’s not what militancy means
      3. it isn’t “ultra rhetoric” to call an imperialist soldier what he is
      4. i’m not “the online left”, i have actual organizing experience

Just seems like Ultra rhetoric is all that’s here in the online left

Plenty of people here who organize and do work in real life. I literally was just talking about my experiences up and down the coast with a comrade despairing against the average American in their efforts.

Politicians who do lip-service while marking themselves as “Democratic” will go as far as the DSA did with an immediate capitulation following. Not sure why you haven’t learned this by now via the numerous examples of Bernie, AOC, Mamdani as of most recent but I guess you can keep doing the Charlie Brown football over and over again. If anything, if you’ve organized you should know exactly why some of us get so frustrated at it.

Honestly, if this guy somehow ends up being a Che Guevara, sure. But from the past and history of “American progressive candidates” why the fuck should I expect anything? Especially from a baby-killing private soldier who has a non-zero chance of doing work for Blackwater of killing leftists/organizers across the globe?

Because sometimes we learn more from being mistaken or misunderstanding situations than we do from having all the right answers, especially if that means doing further research into a topic.
