I’d make it legal to hunt obnoxiously loud vehicles like Harley motorcycles or other vehicles with stupidly loud exhaust systems. You can hunt and disable the vehicle and then take it, but you can’t hurt the owner/operator. I’ll work out the full legal details like what is obnoxiously loud, and what it means to make a “kill” later.
