Well, Hitler’s policies led to the Autobahn which was the genesis of modern highway systems, and depending on how far you want to stretch the definition of “good” he also gave the orders that ultimately resulted in the design and production of the Volkswagen Beetle. Allegedly, his comments even inspired its shape.
…Mind you, he funded his initial war manufacturing effort by literally scamming his own citizens out of their preorder payments for said cars, ultimately delivering zero of them to any of the people who paid for them (I wonder if this reminds me of anyone else we can think of) but the things ultimately did make it onto the market after the war.
He also managed to more or less stabilize the German economy in the chaotic years following the first world war, although once again he did it largely by putting everyone to work building weapons and equipment which he shortly used to murder millions of people. The standard of living for select Germans and those in specific occupations did briefly but noticeably increase under Hitler’s watch until, you know, the whole genocide and Allied armies showing up on their doorstep thing.
