I’m not going to make any comment on if it’s AI or not, but the ‘weird flash at the end’ is the visualize touch option for Samsung phones with at least half of the pixels fried off. If it’s real, it could be that whoever was cropping this video left the touch at the end, and if it’s AI it somehow got in its head that the end of videos often have this pop up.
