    it’s not just insecurity. it’s reality.

    i’m a man in the target demo of these trucks. i don’t own one, i own a hatchback sedan. easily half the women I have dated… think I drive a ‘girlie’ car and they are legit upset by it. If I owned a massive overpriced truck i’d be sexually rewarded for it. they say shit like ‘i want to feel safe and protected in a large vehicle.’

    lots and lots of people believe these vehicles are a necessity, insecurity or not. i also live in downtown Boston, where people are ‘eco’ and liberal are buying the e-version of these trucks/suvs. but they still think little cars are make you gay and weak.

      One of my gay friends just got a large truck and is having an aneurysm trying to find parking for it in a city. Stress nightmare, lol.
