No matter what is in the constitution, they don’t want organized militia to brandish guns against the regime, so they start to weed out people/groups that should not have a gun in the near future…

What is better than to have a list of names beforehand, to use as a base to track and keep an eye on their online movements…

Only sanctioned groups shall be allowed to have guns to act as a firewall “against enemies within”, when a real insurrection pops up.
