“it could even ‘cause a SWAT response.’”

Well, instead of calling on the pranksters to stop, maybe ask yourself why you’d send in a fucking SWAT team over reports of a homeless dude.

Round Rock Police Patrol Division Commander Andy McKinney told NBC that it could even “cause a SWAT response.”

Yeah, completely normal and well-adjusted response to a homeless person trespassing in a house 😑

    “ dehumanizes homeless people”

I mean… kinda… but it brings a lot of light to the stigma around homeless people too.

I’ve known a lot of homeless people. They aren’t monsters who murder children.

Often they say the person claims to know the parents from work or college. And then, predictably, the parents lose their cool and demand they kick the man out.

Doesn’t matter how well dressed you are, if somebody’s in my house because they claimed they knew me, I’d be demanding they get kicked out too
