Consistency really is key because eventually you start only wanting the good food. Because it makes you feel good. It takes a little time to get there but when you do you’ll know it.
You get to a point where eating not healthy affects you because you’ve built up a stronger foundation of health.
I’m what we’ll call “gym culture” there is absolutely the cheat day because it’s human nature to want something a little sugary or whatever.
It’s OK to slip up. But getting back into it as soon as you can I reckon is a good way to go about things.
