I don’t believe for a second that Israel is doing this with any sincerity. They’ll just break the ceasefire and blame Hamas again like they’ve done every time a ceasefire was announced.
Part of me worries that this is a strategy to get the hostages out and then continue without the pressure from within not to harm the hostages. Who knows though.
If Israel has a sincere pressure from the u.s., and listens to its population(, here also,) more than its far-right which doesn’t care about lying, then it may not end up like the false ceasefire from january to march.
However, attacks won’t cease if there’s no two-states implementation, there’d be no reason to.

“Israel” already wrote off the hostages. I’d be shocked if they stop killing for any reason beyond military force or severe economic pressure.

Also the articles you link are merely about 1. israel not wanting to run the government of Gaza, and 2. Ending the “war” in exchange for the hostages. The plan to ethnically cleanse them or kill every man, woman, and child both have more support among israeli society at 82% and 47% respectively.
Tl:dr there have been few times in history where an entire country deserves the gulag as much as Israel.
