There’s a clip of it embedded in this article: https://www.rte.ie/news/ireland/2025/1005/1536926-jim-gavin/ It sounds like the tenant did all they could to track him down and get their money back. I think there’s also an issue around not being registered despite the rules at the time. What a disaster.
