I have 3 coworkers that are all in there mid 60’s and they are all going to be retiring in a year or so and they couldn’t be happier with what Trump is doing so long as it stops the “woke” I’m pretty sure they won’t be retiring anytime soon.

It’s way more Insidious than that. MAGA and most die hard capitalist don’t want to work another day in their life. In fact if they weren’t cowards and actually stated their intentions clearly they would say, “they specifically deserve not to work another day in their life, but whomever they believe to be lesser must work to enrich the more worthy.” That’s why conservatives have such a heard on for direct oppression. They want to beat the outgroup down so much to the point those people do everything while the in group sits on their ass. Conservatives and Neo-Liberals are just too dumb to find ways to make systems work for everyone equitably and to lazy to actually create a system based purely on achievement.

they specifically deserve not to work another day in their life, but whomever they believe to be lesser must work to enrich the more worthy.

Isn’t this the universal end goal of capitalism? For temporary embarassed millionaires to achieve dynastic royalty through capital and then pat themselves on the back for stimulating the economy every time they pay someone to do their drudgework?

Capitalism promotes this desire in all people. Its not about living a good life with honest work. Wealth accumulation becomes life’s purpose.

In a world where greed doesn’t exist, absolute. But reality requires a more direct hand to balance out hyper individualism.

but you have to understand that if you dont like please these companys and make the working conditions like good, that they will just leave to some other cheaper place 🙃🙃 (I am pretty sure that is like the argument i am always hearing, that it will be too exspensive for the companys)

Like as if some other place will not always be cheaper and easier to be used to produce stuff, and as if maybe one should not be blackmailed by the greed of the investors, and as if maybe the problem would be like something else (capitalism)
