    Many of the so-called Christians in the USA have this worship of Israel thing that they use to ignore the genocide or justify it. Israel is always the good guy no matter what, to these people. Because God said so.

    That’s not how that works at all. Christians in the US believe Jews are heathens who are gonna get what’s coming to them when Armageddon happens, while Christians themselves get Raptured. They support Zionism – not Jews themselves, Zionism – because shipping them all off to Israel both (a) hastens that fate (because “the Jews return to Israel” was prophesied to be a precondition of it) and (b) removes them from the US in the meantime.
