    I’ve seen and heard this repeated so often but I seriously struggle to believe it.

    Yeah sure it burns calories watming cold water up inside your body, but whrn you chug cold water on a hot day you can literally feel it inside you cooling you down.

    Drinking hot drinks on a hot day only warms you up further because you’re holding a hot cup and sweating and steamy and basically purposefully making yourselt uncomfortable.

      You need to live in a dry climate for it to work. The increased sweating more than makes up for the added heat from the tea.
