This was enjoyable. I’m one of these people who has only ever heard The Middle. Guess I’ve got some diving to do now.
Clarity is one of my favorite albums, and to me is the perfect distillation of late 90s 2nd wave emo. It is so different from Bleed American and anything else they have done since. It’s amazing and saddening that they turned into basically a pop rock band after this one. If you end up liking Clarity I’d suggest checking out their previous album Static Prevails.
Ah, yes, this song, that takes 10 minutes to end
