    In german it’s much easier because ‘aceta’ sounds like ‘aceta’ and ‘minophen’ sounds like ‘minophen’

      See, in America, ‘aceta’ is pronounced ‘gives you’ and ‘minophen’ is pronounced ‘autism’ - so it’s actually quite easy to see how the conclusion was drawn.

      /s, because society is actually this dumb now sometimes

        Most Germanic-derived words in German are either shorter than that or they are compound words, which English has as well, just with spaces. Latin-derived words in German aren’t much longer than Latin-derived words in English.
