Ignoring due process was it to me. You take out the day in court and democracy is effectively over for everyone because if it can be skipped for anyone then it can be skipped for everyone.
For me it was the SCOTUS decision giving POTUS immunity.
that is significant but it does not give the office immunity to impeachment so its complex in that another branch not doing its job is part of the problem.

One of the most, “we don’t give a fuck” actions to come out of this administration. I mean, there’s plenty of that to go around, but at least they could spin their actions. No spinning this.
They don’t need to spin shit at this point. The US has revealed that at it’s heart it is a fascist country. 2024 proved it. This is what we are.
