A pastor, citing the murder of political activist Charlie Kirk, has called for his neighbors to take down their “Hate Has No Home Here” signs, claiming those messages endorse political violence against people like him.
Yet, at the same time that he called upon his critics to tone down their rhetoric, Andrew Isker escalated his own language, angrily demanding vengeance against those he perceives to be his political enemies.
I literally had a fit of laughter just reading the headline. It’s genuinely like the setup and punchline of a fucking joke.
We’re allowed to endorse violence against you and your groups because it’s our religion. But you can’t do it to us, because that’s mean.
You have to be truly braindead to think something like that. Maybe if their brother-cousin had hit them in the head with a shovel more often, they would be able to parse it out.
Oh sure, blame it on the brousin. If I had a nickel for every crime I’ve heard hand-waved away on unreliable brousins not hitting their kin in the head to dull their ignorance…
