In case you don’t know how to do it.

Hire a lobbying firm. Have them go to Congress and tell them to retake the power they’ve abdicated. And if they don’t, you’ll fund their opponents primary campaigns.

Scared the hell out of them when Elon did it. You can do the same.

Gonna point out that CEOs don’t benefit from speaking out publicly, or acting much in this direction. The masses just blame them for causing the problem (regardless of who had the job when the lobbying was done), and we don’t believe in redemption arcs. Shareholders don’t benefit, your company becomes a likely target of the state and hence less valuable and able to do things. The party cronies might even do a boycott and pressure for your job (and then your head).

These are selfish people who have optimized pretty simple incentives. We must make incentives for them to act, or they wont. Speaking under anonymity or from an organized body is really quite good for this cohort. Now to normalize and incentivize more discussion. I don’t mind them taking more air time.

Eh. Properly regulated you can get a lot of good stuff done. Nothing stopping the workers from eating the CEO and sharing his 347% higher wages amongst themselves.

“they are increasingly questioning who truly stands to benefit from the maelstrom of chaos, fear, and confusion that he has intentionally created.“

It’s supposed to be America’s CEOs!

“Trump administration officials … had to face down the near unanimous verdict from over 100 top business leaders…: Trump’s policies aren’t working.“

And so you’ll be telling Trump to stop them…? Right?

“they said that while they approve of bringing manufacturing back to the U.S.“

YOU dicks sent those jobs away in the first place!

“Two-thirds of the CEOs surveyed said that U.S. tariffs have been harmful to their businesses.“

You knew that was going to happen and supported him anyway. Eat shit.

“Nearly three-quarters of all executives surveyed said they the courts are correct in saying Trump’s tariffs are illegal as implemented.”

And so you’ll be telling Trump to stop them…? RIGHT?!

“In short, CEOs are calling to make America, America again. When one commenter compared MAGA to the Maoist movement, there wasn’t an outcry of disagreement. Quite the opposite.”

And so you’ll be saying that in public, on TV, in interviews, podcasts, etc…? RIGHT?!? RIGHT?!?!

It’s supposed to be America’s CEOs!

Only ones that are allowed in the loop, and that’s not most of them.

Those out of the loop have tried to bring their top sycophant game but still are left out of the loop. Hell a lot of them have been rewarded for their ass kissing by getting sued by Trump anyway.

If you’re in the loop, maybe you get a heads up to cash in on advance notice of stuff that will tank or boost a market. If you’re or of the loop, you just can’t predict what’s going to happen.

Fuck that, they caused this mess…. It’s time to bring the economy to its knees. We aren’t gonna learn from our actions until we have a nice large setback.

I mean, the article is full of shit. These CEOs who were interviewed often have dim brains and i wouldn’t take their word too seriously.

But honestly, consumerism in the US is threatened. If it stalls, the economy will stall, and that will tear businesses down and must be prevented. Giving money to the people keeps consumerism running, factories producing, and the market hot. Materialistic wellbeing of the people is literally the material underpinning of all of the US society.
