I looked at sync.com but they dont have a linux client. Any other non-US based suggestions? Canada preferred of course but I’m open to options.

    Nextcloud is the way to go in my opinion. Hetzner is probably the cheapest option except self-hosting.

    I’m using https://murena.io/ because they develop my phone OS, so I’m happy to leave behind a bit of money. I’m still saving a lot on having cancelled my Dropbox subscription.
