The Great British Sewing Bee (BBC). Even if you are not at all interested in sewing clothes. It’s so fucking wholesome and adorable that it’s a massive antidote to all the bad things out there. First season is still a bit rough, it gets better and better after that (there are 11 seasons in total now).
Taskmaster has me howling with laughter every episode.

Loved it. I think the fact thay they shot it twice (NO and EN), with the actors having the norwegian accent made it even more fun for me.

Deutschland 83 (and the follow ups 86 and 89) is a German show about an East German spy sent to West Germany amd is fantastic.
Boris (IT), a metaseries about the production of shitty telenovelas. It also condenses Italian culture from multiple PoV in a spectacular way.
