Hi! I have this beautiful old frame (the white one) that I want to rebuild to a city/pub bike, but will need to research a few things first (tire clearance, bottom bracket etc.) I’d need the brand for that, but can’t find anything. Anyone got any ideas?

EDIT: I think I’ve found it! My guess it’s this Diamond from 1991. Now to find the specs somewhere!

From this view there’s no way to tell. Look closely at the frame lugs, bottom bracket, and dropouts. You might get lucky and notice a name stamped somewhere.

Even if you do figure out the make and model, I would wager it’s old enough that you won’t find an old catalog with the frame geometry. You probably just have to measure it as best you can.

I’ve ridden it for quite some time before the drivechain bent and I built up a newer bike and took off some parts. Been checking it for over two years now to see if I could find anything to identify it, but no luck yet… I think measuring it will be the endgame here, but would be nice to know the history of the bike nonetheless
