Yeah, I saw that they were ‘founded’ around that time, also (2011). It’s not too abnormal for a startup to have some presence years before they come to market.
Either way, I’m not entirely sure why they would want to be based in a firmly blue state -and- want to do government contracting if they (going by their CEO) seem so red.
